  probably the best z guard instructional i've seen craig is very knowledgeable in this position. iv'e bought his other z guard video and while useful it isn't as in depth as this instructional. great for players who have a half guard game who wamt to level up

  Really helped my z-guard game. I had trouble retaining and setting up subs but a lot of the details and drills craig recommends helped me a lot. Feel more in control rather than just getting my knee shield passed.
