Brilliant from B Team
Im only doing this because these notifications will not stop. Its like paying for something but still having ads blasted at you. Instructional is cool though
TIL I could learn a bunch of different guards and hope that my guard won't get passed... or I could just throw up knee shield and play from there. I choose the latter, thanks Craig Jones.
Great details with balance of broad concepts and specific movements. Z guard/knee shield is something everyone plays at some point even if it starts from a defensive reaction for guard retention - something Craig raises here. This means you need to be competent at knee shield and this is a fantastic approach to the position
Craig makes the z guard very easy to understand and implement.
great z guard review
C. J. shows how to use the knee shield to play out of half guard or to use the kneeshield directly as a transitional kick off. There are also a lot of transitions to ashi garami and finishes too. Highly recommend!!
The knee shield is my favorite guard, so I had to buy this instructional. Craig as always is doing the top job and shows plenty of techniques with useful details.
Inreally did have a pleasure watching this instruction Al by Craig Jones. It s very far from being boring as many others instructionals and its really helping improving my knee Shield pass and attacks/rétention. Craig Jones IS a very fun and very good teacher.

If you are a Z-guard player, this is a must-have. Craig’s teaching is good, but the introduction of the course is the best. You can improve your Z guard and have fun simultaneously. Good deal.
unique techniques
Helped me feel more comfortable in bottom half
2nd best Z-Guard instructional available. Lots of cool details on the Choi Bar and Kimura.
If you want to make your guard more dangerous, this is the product for you. You will learn how to chain together submissions and sweeps, making sure that your opponents can never rest in your guard
The best no gi z-guard player in the game shows us how to make our game better.
Craig’s understanding of this game is insane.
One of my favourite instructionals. There's so much more here than just the knee shield. Craig is an amazing teacher.
Great presentation and solid information. A less boring version of a Danaher/Gordons instructionals but with all the valuable info you need
As a fat and inflexible guy Craig offended me (I cried) so I rate it 4 stars
Great
Craig Jones is a great teacher. He explains all of the Z- Guard variations and attack vectors with a bit of humor and lots of little tricks. This instructional has greatly increased my understanding and respect for the position.
I like how this instructional introduces not only guard but also pass that we should be careful as guard players. I also like the way he explains the details of attacks like baiting opponents and how to punish them with all the reactions they could take.
Awesome details, after this instructional, i was able to apply every detail and you can deal against the most dangerous attacks frim this guard. Very good details.
