  Henry Akins explains the concepts in such a simple and easy to follow manner. He always gives you simple techniques that work in many situations. Worth it. But try and get it on offer. Even more bang for buck.

  Professor Henry Akins as we are usual. Great little details that shows you how mount position works whether on top or bottom. He shows exactly which indicators you should focus on to chose and transition to position or szbmission or when and which escape. Highly recommend!

• Excellent Instruction

  I just finished watching this. Henry goes into the little details that ensure a technique works, and gives understanding why a technique is not working. I went into buying this for the mount escapes, but knowing both sides of the equation can help in anticipating what your opponent may do next. He goes into various applications of the upa escape. He goes over the elbow knee escape, and clears the confusion over what is a elbow escape and what is a hip escape, since they are sometimes confused. The fourth video goes over some of the same escapes from the previous videos, but it adds details, options, and understanding so as to know when to do what (meaning what option). I ended up watching the last three videos in one day. He (Henry) was good at keeping my attention. He was concise in his explanation, but later on and especially in the last video he went into trouble shooting mode, so as to address and solve problems that arise while attempting the techniques. I noticed that Henry's instructions are more on the pricey side, but when they are on sale (at their cheapest) I have bought some of them, because I believe he is such a good instructor. I've seen many Mount escape videos, but I believe his technique selection is superior. This is mainly because of efficiency. I never want to know too much, but I want to discern well to learn the best, most efficient and most effective techniques. I'd rather learn a few of the best techniques than learn a lot of techniques that don't work against the best guys. This is where Henry steps in. He delivers superior techniques.
