It was huge honor for me ! Bernardo is excelent teacher. Easy to understand, conceptual, step by step aproach, with all the details and answers for your oponents contras. Technics itself are ,, simple " in mechanics, everybody from white to black, old or young can understand and do them. No power, flexibility, speed or gymnastics are needed. Nice follow up for Battle tested pressure passing DVD with gi.

Great instructional. It explains the details of the presure passing very well. You are able to use it effectively......if you do the time with the video and break down the movements into what is useable for you. Teacher outlines the concepts very well and explains the material in a good layout and well thought out manner. I am able to use the concepts in live sparring, review adjustments needed after.....it works.

all instructional videos i choose is perfect also to my body structure some other techniques is not fit to my body example long legs they can shoot the technique right away like triangle choke, my body type is like garry tonon that some of techniques like chokes and arm triangles can easy to execute for me. i hope next time i can buy garry tonon video stuff when they have big discount thanks a lot bjjfanatics for instructional video who can help a lot 4 me

I’m quite light so lots of pressure passes don’t work well for me, but this instructional made it super easy to follow and use my weight more effectively! I still have a long way to go but it’s working well so far! The over under is now my go-to pass! Video quality and demonstrations are great, and it’s helped me look for my opportunity to pass! Solid video. Bernardo is really great. Aside from his ability as a grappler he truly understands the art of teaching as well and his warm personality makes from a great watch. The transitioning to passing in the Gi to No GI can be incredibly frustrating but Bernardo having experience with both modalities allows for him to be very clear on what grips are essential. Must buy!
