I thought this was a great intro for whitebelts to a more control based game. I especially think it’s great for beginners who lacked a wrestler background.
This series will change the way you control from top pins. Highly recommend.
Changed the way I look at guard passing
Outstanding
Good positional concepts.
Very good. Very conceptual and gives you great ideas on control over traditional positions in BJJ.
Fantastic video. Changes my approach to positioning.
Fantastic, a real paradigm shift.
very good, modern and innovative technique.
This is one of the most eye opening and unique instructionals that I have come across. I strongly recommend it and it has the potential to drastically change your game if apply it. This sort of game will probably make jiu jitsu much more effective in mma and self defense as well.
great top control and understanding of fundamental body mechanics, best explains the grey area of jiu jitsu. 10/10
The main point here is to peruse control, not points. It is a different way of looking at no gi grappling for those of us trained in the BJJ paradigm. Many useful techniques and ideas.
New way to approach pinning and attacking the legs
been working splitting the legs the past month and making people work big fan 10/10 #F**kCraigJones

Straight to the point. Very effective
interesting stuff
I loved this instructional. I use a lot of this stuff now and it has improved my pinning game tremendously in the gym. The info is broken down very simply, and is easy to apply in practice.
