This one details control positions different to the traditional points based hierarchy. I have had a lot of fun in the training room making my team mates suffer in some of these positions. I would highly recommend this instructional for people looking for effective methods of controlling their opponents.

• A Different, But Detailed Perspective

  This instructional was insanely easy to watch and digest. Craig goes outside of the traditional BJJ box to present a different approach to keeping someone down. It is more of a concepts based instructional, but with enough specific examples to illustrate the lesson. Definitely a must have in your library!
