changed my top game and understanding of Jiu Jitsu
It's a breath of fresh air! Great concepts and new approaches. 10/10
I can get stuck holding someone in side control and this has shown me some superior positions. Also I hate being bridged and this solves a lot of my issues!
this was so good. highly recommend.
Useful stuff.
Interesting take on control and grappling outside of a scoring ruleset.
amazing insights on pinning
Great as always from Craig
Craig Jones brings us a new perspective on the bjj top game.
Good
great job utilizing wrestling techniques to help bjj
These pins have made a massive difference already! Easily my favourite instructional
The reddit BJJ sub LOVES this instructional, and I see why. It will change how you look at positional control.
i am the smallest guy in my gym and always struggles when trying to pin someone. this videos helps a lot and effective although still need to work on entries and submissions options. highly recommended!
Great way to control opponents and set up good submission opportunities changed my method on holding bigger people down great instructional game changer fantastic series from Craig
Craig explains beautifully how to get into his style of leg ride and how to take away opponents power. This is heavily focused on what is dominant and not what is going to score you the most points so go look at New Wave if you want to win off points.
great teaching here. Very clear and focused. easy to understand and follow.
Craig Jones is keeping BJJ on the right path as a self defense martial art instead of the point driven sport that it is becoming. Nothing against that because my gym is a comp gym and I've competed and won off points but even just a little bit of this technique goes a long way and I am controlling and finishing more people
excellent concepts and details
Craig's brilliant all-around. He may goof around, but he's genius with his teaching style and what he covers.
awesome
really cool next steps in the evolution of jiu jitsu
