This is my first instructional ever purchased and I couldn't be more happy with it! I have believed for a while now that flattening the opponent out belly down was a great position and this instructional gives all the tools necessary to do just that. Craig Jones is one of the best in the world and his system he shows here is clear and easy to start incorporating. I believe you should have some previous knowledge of jiu-jitsu or wrestling to fully benefit from this. I will be looking forward to getting another Craig Jones instructional the next time I have some extra cash! cannot recommend enough!

I love paradigm shifting material like this. Craig Jones challenges conventional point scoring rule sets, and makes a good case that much of it is outdated and doesn't give you the control you could have over an opponent. While more focused on ideas, there is plenty of practical techniques in this.

"Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication" In this dvd Craig uses simple concepts yet very effective on pining an opponent. one take back though, it doesn't show enough entries into the positions, it seems that Craig wants you to figure that your self. non the less a valuable asset.

Great folkstyle wrestling pins with an emphasis on pinning over point scoring positions. Great for sub only rulesets or someone who just wants to frustrate your training partners. I found it helps to be a bit longer of a grappler relative to your opponent,but still able to make it work. Adds some great transition to subs from the pins. Should definitely be used as a supplement to your game vs forgetting everything you knew about pins. Very fun to incorporate.

Honestly, this could be my favourite video yet. I've only really been watching it for the last week or so, but have really noticed the control I've had on people since taking in a lot of his concepts. Will be rewatching this one for a while.

Making my way through the instructional, great breakdown of concepts followed by techniques as usual by Craig Jones. A different way of looking at things than traditional BJJ control positions. Have been instantly able to apply some of these controls during rolling already. Recommended
