Exactly as advertised. Judo for bjj, very safe and fundamentally sound sacrifice throws
Amazing progression toward mastering Yoko Tomoe Nage!
2 techniques but shown in a simple but significant way. I loved the breakdown of the there 2 throws.
great details
Can't wait to implement this!
I'm a brown belt in Judo and this helped me clean up my skills. I wont hesitate to purchase future instructionals by Justin Flores.
Very well detailed instructional highlighting key points that helped me smooth out my throws.
Very interesting and helpful perspectives.
A very detailed breakdown of throwing techniques, from the set-ups, initiation and the finish. What I love most is the great care on keeping the Uke safe during the performance of the throws. Highly reccommended.
You can really tell why so many people want to learn from him. The way he breaks down throws, he goes step by step in great detail about the throws he teaches. He doesn't over teach, the techniques.
first time learning sacrifice throws great instructions that I will implement in my game.
Judo throws made easy for dummies
JFLO teaching takedowns.
Good instructional
I really enjoyed this instructional. He basically takes two throws and breaks them down into different scenarios rather than give you 30 techniques without much detail. One of the best instructionals IMO.
super clear instruction, a deep insight on few techniques
Though many of the BJJF courses are excellent, I find that they are overwhelming with the amount of material that is shown (no complaint there) - it makes it a challenge though on picking something out and developing it. I loved this instructional because it spent a few hours on a whopping total of 2 techniques. With that much time spent, it went really deep on the explanation from every possible angle and made it much more easy to start to implement.
