J-Flo is a fantastic teacher, and he focuses on 3 throws, but goes really in dept. Although the audio isn't very good for the first section.
This was a great video and help me out a-lot in my game. Was able to see the difference immediately.
Percect instructional to develop standing game, techniques are well explained, easy to follow.

Great instructional for non guard pulling practicioners. Techniques well explained, suitable for everyone.
Build’s offense from guard pulling
Caught this on discount. Best 25$ I ever spent.
Liked that course was short and concise, a lot of details condensed, highly reccomend
Thank you
Watching his content has improved my confidence on the feet immensely
Great content and insight for BJJ takedowns
A lot of good info on throws to help coming back from a knee injury and not pulling guard
Jflo is quite a phenomenon in combining Judo, wrestling and BJJ into a unique system. He has focused here on yoko tomoe nage as a versatile throw that can be applied from dozens of different positions. As a throw/takedown, this should be quite accessible to most grapplers. Although there is quite a lot of drilling and preparation required, there is an excellent return on investment for that time spent. For a comprehensive yoko tomoe learning program, you can't beat this one. Highly recommended.
Great techniques I plan on drilling after my knee surgery
Covers 2 throws with some basic details and a few variations.
Lots of good information on how to do Judo techniques for BJJ. He gives great details on how to incorporate these.
A guard pull is just a bad sacrifice throws, if you think about it enough, so why not learn an actual useful sacrifice throw? If you mess up, you're in guard anyway.
good~!~!
Great intro into adopting these throws for BJJ. I prefer instructionals that focus on a single technique from multiple positions. JFLO does an excellent job as always.
JFLO is a master craftsman at the modern takedown. Well worth your time to study his techniques.
Instructional worthy to spend money!
