Everyone needs this instructional. It is a complete mount instructional. Part one alone made a massive difference in my mount game. Beyond Part 3 and people will have a frustratingly difficult time escaping. Don't waste your money on any other mount instructional, learn from the King!

I say it over and over. Jiu jitsu is a sport where superb knowledge and the ability to apply it is paramount! Gordon is the pinnacle of BJJ success; he happens to be an exceptional instructor as well. Get his DVDs... all of them! =]

for awhile mount was a frustrating position cause it felt difficult to maintain. This instructional will give you the tools to effectively maintain mount and have an offensive gameplan that leads directly to submissions or back takes.
