Good one
These Ryan videos are the best hands down. So much useful info to up your game. Easy to see why he’s the goat!
Training under John Danaher, teamed with the DDS instructionals has helped me understand, that 11.5 years of training Jiu jitsu and I still don’t know anything.
simplest way to put it...how long do you want to take to get significantly better in mount? if you want quick progress, get this (or any gordon instructional in general). If you are happy to not learn in the most efficient way, then continue what you might be doing
Been workin people like day-jobs since I studied this. Solid instructional, very useful/key information.
You want to put the smesh on people? You want to have people feeling bad about their poor choices? This is the instructional for you!
How to reach mountains from attacking the mount? Simply attend Gordon Ryan's courses. Nothing else.
Very good approach and instructions to dominate opponent from the mount. A bliss. Thank you Gordon and Natalie. You are doing a good job!
Super awesome and full unvaluable details
Fantastic video!! My armbars have improved a lot.
This video shows you what to do and it works every time. So easy to understand and implement into your game. No super weird ninja moves, just basic understanding and basic moves that anyone van do.
This will change how you approach the mount game forever. You’ll no longer just aimlessly chase the cross face and underhook and wonder where it all went wrong when you lose mount
A very detailed explanation of the attacking systems from the mounted pins!! improved my game leaps and bounds
My mount game has changed incredibly from this, being able to isolate the arms systematically has been huge for me!
Completely reset how I approach the mount!
Gordon has great info as always. Details on the instruction was A+
The best, from the best! His mount techniques have changed my game completely.
Such a good instructional. Really good details about not only getting to mount but maintaining it, as well as finishing mechanics of the submissions from there. The segments about the Arm Triangle as well as cross wrist hand fighting have been worth it for those two segments alone for me!
This is my favorite Gordon Ryan instructional
the best mount instructional ive seen
best one so far from gordon and nat
Provides a detailed system approach to a world class mount game. The pacing and structure of the instructional is excellent. Video quality is also great and you'll be studying this instructional for a while
best ever
This instructional is great for anyone looking to take their ok’ish/pretty good mount system to the elite level. Being a purple belt, I have been able to translate Gordon’s system to the mats fairly quickly, though he teaches in a way that is easily digestible for all levels. He not only explains the technique in detail, he also tells you why it works. You’re getting the concepts behind the movements, which is better than the actual techniques in my opinion.
Best mount instructional out there for no gi
