  As a beginner, I feel Bernardo instruction has been my best source of outside instruction so far and by far. Bernardo is able to explain very efficient techniques in a way that is not only easy to understand but easy to apply. As a blue belt it feels good to be able to execute the beginnings guard game!

  Bernardo is a world class jiu jitsu practicioner, and also a world class instructor. His detailed instruction allowed me to take my favorite game to a new level almost instantly. He touched on several key areas I had been struggling with, and even specifically mentioned one issue that had been troubling me for over two years ( the knee cut pass). If you play half guard, you need to see this!!!!
