I'm a Huge Fan of Buchecha and this DVD has many details for takedowns in Gi. Cost-efficient DVD for sure. 주짓수 갓갓갓 마커스 알메이다 (부체차)의 테이크 다운 디비디입니다. 요거 보시면 싱글레그 잡기는 정말 편합니다... 예... 근데 싱글빼고 솔직히 스파링하면서 다른건 써먹긴 힘들어요. 가성비가 정말좋은 디비디 입니다 그런데 돈 많으시면 역시... 존 다나허 핏 투 플로어 구매하세여~ 전 팬심으로 정가내고 구매 했심다 ㅠ

I will definitely be using these. They do work and I have bad knees so even with that I can use the other person's body weight to help lessen the stress on my knees. They're definitely effective!

This instructional is very well laid out. I really enjoy Buchecha’s takedown system in the gi. I really needed an extra edge when training with guys half my age, and I think I truly found it. I have been wrecking guys on the mats with this instructional. Using just a handful of techniques. Very happy with this product
