Though it's not all the techniques, the great thing about this instructional is that he introduces fundamental concepts in addition to techniques. Most instructors just show list of techniques, in an organized manner. I think besides Marcelo Garcia, John Danaher talks concepts in his instructional. But either way, that's really good. You don't improve BJJ without understanding what you're doing or why/how that's happening, e.g. concepts. Marcelo Garcia does it very well here.

Good instructional. Lots of detail on a deceptively simple position. I have spent a week on this so far and I have a much better understanding of this guard. I only have a ***** to train with at the moment but if you are looking for a video series that you can drill with a ***** then this one is pretty good.

This is the most comprehensive, detailed, yet easy to understand resource on butterfly guard I have ever seen. Marcelo is as great as an instructor as he is as a competitor. I cannot recommend this DVD highly enough.
