Great information. I was literally doing EVERYTHING wrong when attempting to utilize the butterfly guard. The instruction was great and Marcelo presents it very understandably. After watching all 4 discs twice I took it to the gym and was using it like I had been doing it for a year. No more pancakes by bigger guys. Great to have in the arsenal.

At some point in this instructional Marcelo mentions that when he first started teaching he wasn't the best at it. This series stands as a testament to how great of a teacher he's become. All four volumes are detailed and well structured. You go through a journey watching from volume to volume in order, which is how Marcelo intended this to be watched. I highly recommend it to anyone interested in butterfly guard!
