  Really enjoyed this instructional video as I have all 4 of the Daisy Fresh white belt series. If you’re a white belt like me I highly recommend you get the whole set and you will be a better practitioner for it and as master Ken says don’t forget to re-stomp that groin!

• One of the best dvd ever

  Through the years I purchased tons of instructionals. This is, hands down, one of the best i ever bought. Fist, professor Pedigo is simply a great teacher. He has a great understanding of the fighting mechanics, something like professor Danaher or professor Akins. Second, he is amazing in explaining: not too verbous, he gives all the needed information. Three, teaching method: having two white belts trying on each other and correct them in real time is a bold choice. He can do that only because he has the great knowledge he has. Fourth: choice of the techniques. There is an holistic approach: if you get a good grasp on all of them you will have a well rounded game. Plus, they are perfect to implement bjj body mechanics (e.g how to move in the guard, how to sit, etc). I never been into Daisy Fresh stuff… but now I understand the reasons behind the success. Hats off, just waiting for the blue belt stuff.

  Anyone that’s reading this, please buy the DVD… I’ve never really been the best studier of jiu jitsu. This dvd is probably the easiest and most translatable stuff I’ve learned, I’ve been able to translate it pretty much right away into my rolling at the gym. Thanks heath
