• Excellent instruction and aims

  I got this when I was a white belt and still find myself revisiting this and using it as a blue belt. The way Heath instructs is excellent and effective, it's really helpful seeing common mistakes corrected too. And it's good to see a different kind of game and seeing how things can be implemented into your own game too. Small details also mean that you will be able to enhance a lot of your current game immediately too.

  Good offensive instructional for white belts. Shows you a couple good basic ways to take the match to ground. Some good passing and sweeps shown. A few attacks from all the basic positions. Lacks on the defensive instruction for beginners

  Very helpful fundamentals instructional addressing common situations at the white belt level, in a slightly more structured format. The approach is pretty practical, methodical without overemphasizing theory or covering every possible detail. Seeing the techniques performed first by Heath and then by white belts (with their errors corrected in real time) was surprisingly helpful for working on my own technique.

• Over Nine Hours of Instruction

  This instructional is divided into four sections (one for each stripe) with four sub-sections per stripe. It took me a long time to make it through. When I rewatch it, I'll just focus on one stripe at a time until I've taken my favorite concepts and made them my own. Then, I'll move on. The material has good synergy and efficiency. Another thing you notice is the fact that some techniques seem like they are chosen because they are the road less traveled. The idea being that an opponent won't necessarily know the counter for a lesser utilized move. I'm a two stripe blue belt. If these Daisy Fresh competitors know all this just to get to blue belt, I feel like they'd **** me on the mat. I'm curious how many hours they average to make it to blue belt. All in all, pretty good. I learned a lot of interesting concepts.

  Gets off a little rocky, but hits its stride. I thought all things represented in this were great and informative, good moves I'd not seen for the most part, stuff works, I like all the positions and angles, and liked Heath, but I couldn't help but feel like that last star wasn't hit, just being honest, but definitely worth picking up for someone daisy fresh! You will learn alot!
