• Super sneaky back transitions from a great instructor

  Was wanting to get this backpack series for a while and this instructional was definitely worth it. These are sneaky, creative and battle-tested back transition from MMA that carry into sport BJJ. Demian Maia is an AWESOME instructor and gives very clear directions. There's also some very helpful flowcharts and bullet-point text captions that pop up during the video that give key details for the section or particular transition. Really liked this series overall and I'm looking forward to using these techniques!
