  This is the second of Maia's backpack system videos that I've watched. I think this is the single best system based on fundamentals and not requiring athleticism. I couldn't recommend this course enough.

• Deadly backpack

  Maias backpack system is the one that has improved my game the most. His teaching is concise and straight to the point. Since I have learned the video I find it a lot easier to control and to choke my opponents from the back.
