great explanations in escaping
I own every Whittier instructional on BJJ Fanatics. None of them disappoint. He breaks jiu jitsu down to a simplified, conceptual level of understanding. It's all you need, and it works.
I like his principle-based approach and the way he breaks moves into simple achievable steps that work under pressure.
Easy to follow and very comprehensive. Covers lots of basic and necessary techniques for escapes.
Whittier is in level of Akins.
pure gold
very comprehensive
The Pillars Escapes by Stephen Whittier. I was tired of relying on strength to power out of submission holds. This is easier :)
Takes you step by step on how to overcome situations and regain your guard or get back to neutral. I have used the side control escape on the first disc numerous times and it feels comfortable now. All SBG teachers are amazing
Easily understood concepts. Clear and concise instructions. Very good course all round.
You just CANNOT go wrong with this Escapes System!. Highly Recommended!....
