Another great video from Roger. I really like how he shares the small details that make these techniques effective. He also shows you what to do when someone is defending against the techniques. Good video. Worth the money.

There is not another closed guard video you should study first. Simple is hard to do and even harder to master. But, if you dedicate time to these techniques, you will create a nightmare of a closed guard. This is where you find the tools to change your game and mindset.

Another great instructional from Roger Gracie , Rogers video are easy to follow and always improve my game , closed guard was always not a go to for bit now my closed guard game has improved tremendously from this video. Professor Roger Gracie shares his way of playing the closed guard with greadt dedication to teaching the techniques he has been playing since ever. He points out all do's and dont's by explaining the paths you would run into if you are not aware of. He talks about weight distibution and angles and how to utilzie your grips to get the proper angle and set up. Best example for it is hsi signature sweep. I could put it to work after teaching myself the proper sensitivity via low resistance technical training. He also points out when to prefer which type of sweep and how to put your opponent always into a dilemma between submission and position or submission and submission. Heleüt his teaching simple and very structured so that you can follow easy! A great athlete AND a great teacher!!

It's extremely useful to have a comprehensive teaching on the closed guard. I previously struggled to understand the fundamentals of the position and the small details of what to aim for and why. Plus Roger Gracie is just the best. I highly recommend this video series for anyone who wants to have an overall understanding of closed guard. I feel like I'll continue to learn from this series for years.

This was a must have from the best gi player ever. It has helped me really sure up my techniques in the closed guard.
It’s Roger. Enough said.
Roger shows basic moves but broken down to such a technical level and complexity. A beginner white belt will understand what’s being shown, but black belts will still gain insight from his reasons and applications of the moves. It’s amazing to watch how he can take something learned on day a day one introduction class and used it to become the greatest Gi competitor ever.
