  I like Roger's instructional because he teach us all the basics in great details that makes a difference when we are applying it. I have been applying it in my training sessions and always trying to perfect it. It's working nicely and I can see I can put much more pressure on my partners even as a small guy

• The details in pressure passing you are missing

  Roger always explains how the simple stuff still works and if you nail these exact pieces. I was passing one of our blackbelts with this and he was my size. But you have to follow it step by step and be aware the whole time of your collar and that bottom leg.
