awesome
I really enjoyed this instructional - perhaps could have had a few more escape options, but I found it really useful for having that attacking mindset to counter your partners
Very good instructions.
Great details on the woj lock and other less common submissions in the always evolving leg lock meta. You know he’s working it daily against some of Jiujitsu’s best no gi grapplers.
Unlocking new doors to my leg locking game. Chris shows some amazing leg attacking options that I'm already incorporating into my game.
I couldn’t tap a white belt with effective foot locks prior and last week I tapped an experienced purple belt (as a blue belt). I think that says enough
clear Instruction - easy to follow
this is a refreshing lock that I am attempting on my training partners for sure.
