I have had the opportunity to meet Chris Wojcik twice in my life. So when I saw this instructional I had to get it. Definitely great break down on how to do leg locks and the finishing mechanics to execute it. would recommend
Lots of great concepts which I'm having a lot of fun with!
very creative, short achilles and 5050 shin snapper have been very useful

very detailed
Chris goes over tons of variations and explains the when, why and hows when it comes to leglocks. This goes over mostly ankle locks, but Chris throws in a few more types of leglocks in there as well. Everything is well explained and there is even rolling footage.
Great details on how to transition from one lock to another!
clear, concise instructional that has something for all levels!

Great stuff from great grappler, a lot of things to study !
I was expecting to only get lessons in that one lock, but got a nice overview into foot locks overall. It was also nice to see some escapes as well, often you have to get separate videos from that. This series is very nice to get a lot of concepts covered without feeling overwhelmed with details.
Very well done, so many great details in all the main leg lock positions.
Shows finishing mechanics for footlocks from different positions. Also shows defense. Highly recommend

Will spend my time reviewing these details to add to my game
Nothing revolutionary but he is a good instructor. I liked his style. A lot of Aoki stuff which means the future started back in time...Hewy Lewis.
Helped a lot really good technique and explanation to elevate you're leg lock game
I buy a lot of instructionals but this has got to be my favourite, it’s 100% practical and improved my results immediately after having watched it. Highly recommended
