It covered more than I thought. I came for the Woj lock but felt my whole ankle lock game get better. Also good insights on leg locks in general. For the price too amazing.
Great instructional on a move I’ve not used much and look forward to adding it to my game.
Great instructional
Very solid rundown of all varieties of ankle locks.
Solid content
I thought it was good
Good instructional
Wojcik is a good instructor! Here he shows an ankle lock system you can start implementing right away. Recommended!
Amazing
Very good instructional on footlocks that covers how different footlocks can be implemented from certain leg entanglements.
A very good idea of the variability in ankle locks
Chris is an excellent instructor, explaining things in crayon and breaking everything down into easy to follow and apply steps. Everything is concise and does not drag on. All the information you need, nothing you dont.
This instructional takes the mystery out of leglock positions, and has really helped me be more threatening, espescially from 50/50
Really straightforward explanation of leglock concepts, helped me streamline the way I leglock and the way I teach leglocks. Especially liked his explanation of butterfly ashi.
It's clear and straight to the point. Every minute covers something important and useful.
This instructional was great. I thought I had a decent understanding of leloxks but this really opened things up. Definitely worth the money
Solid instructional. Even if you have Lachlan's and Danaher's instructionals it worth getting. It has a bit of love rolling footage, I wish there was more as well as explanations on how enter into positions. He talks a bit about how to drill and train safely.
Very detailed instructional. Would definitely recommend to anyone trying to improve their leg lock game.
Very good
Just started it, great step after learning heel hooks
Great instructions, this generation of ankle lockers have no idea how lucky they are
Very clear instructions and wide coverage.
Many variations on the ankle lock that I haven't seen before. Lots of details and options, great video
Improved my leglocks
Well structured. Covers a lot and explains things well. Lots of good counters as well as escapes. Drastically improved my 5050 game by giving options other than the heel hook
