Great product
This instruction is very good for all levels
Leveled up my leg locks significantly
Great instruction
Awesome
Chris Wojciks footlock instructional had more value than it was priced. It was a well structured and organized ankle (amongst other things) lecture on steps one can take to improve their attacks and increase their defence in the competitive world of BJJ. I would certainly recommend.
Great instructional. Chris Wojcik is very clear and concise in his instructions. Awesome finishing mechanics for several different ankle locks in several different positions. Wojcik also gives great tips on defending these locks and positions as well. Great instructional no matter what level of training you have and especially if you already have a basic understanding of leg entanglements. Definitely worth the buy.
A very comprehensive and professionally presented leglock game. Simple, understandable language. The entire concept is explained for both beginners and advanced grapplers. I highly recommend it! Thank You Chris!
Great instructional
This instructional covers a series of leg locks and their counters. Wojcik also shows you how to drill to make the techniques better. He goes through basic ankle locks but also deals with the nuances with each one. In particular, the defenses are clearly explained, this video really collects so many techniques that show up in competitions.
never really liked ankle locks but after watching this I will make sure I make ankle locks a part of my game!
Great content and well explained
Cool stuff near cutting edge of the leg lock game.
Great!
Great course to learn about Ankles locks techniques
Chris is a great teacher. He explains theory and strategy for transitions and techniques. He is also a great writer. Check out Grappler's Diary on substack.
It's really helpful. All details are well explained and i felt a real diffrence in my game as I could use something effective wich wasn't a heel hook
Good
Unlike many other downloads which teach moves in isolation, Chris teaches a systematic approach to why moves work, where they fail and how to recover. This is a must purchase for teachers to help our students understand the progressive footlock system.
Most of my submissions in tournaments have come from straight ankle locks, now my game feels much more elevated, I understand different positions, it's not overly complicated to understand and I look foward to my brown belt when I can start woj locking the world
Gold.
lots of practical knowledge
Good shieeetttt
