Super dope my only beef is he does not go over finishing mechanics as detailed as other instructions would. However you will be able to learn so much from these instructionals and be able to apply them very quickly. When finishing I find it very helpful to first push down into the wrist and then TWIST from the pink to the thumb. That will cause a devastating break but be nice to your training partner we plz lol

I found this material very informative. As an older person in the art, learning wristlocks can be very beneficial and effective, specially in making your opponent tap for the unexpected or make them change their mind during your rolls. Great material.

I wasn’t looking for wristlocks the way I was before this dvd. Pete The Greeks added mad percentage points to my finishing ability since I’ve gotten to kimura and armbar setups but sometimes lost them. I never knew how effective wristlocks were even against high level guys, it’s incredible. Thank you Pete

The tactics and techniques I have learned by watching Vol 2 have saved my life; I love this type of training as my primary focus is to train for life; aka street scenarios. I do not compete often on the mat; but I compete for survival. PTG provides much needed step by step breakdowns on how to deploy these techniques. Train to live.. live to train.

This video is dope! Pete not only goes over different places to hit wrist locks, but also the mechanics of how wrists function so that you can be accurate in any position as you attempt different wrist locks. The demonstrated knowledge is exactly what you would expect from someone who has been around as long as Letsos. An added bonus is Letsos and Glover are freakin hilarious throughout the videos!!!

Volume 2 No gi gives you a broad overview of the main wrislock in each position giving the student valuable details for its execution

If you don't learn wristlocks, your going to get wristlocked. PTG has wristlocks from everywhere and shares them in this instructional. Excellent way to add submissions to your game. Highly recommended to all levels.

This dvd is like the most movies. The first part is really good and the second is worst. I watched them both that's why. I give 5 stars because otherwise my review will be deleted
