Great comprehensive guide to kneebars
Don't let Craig's social media persona fool you, he is incredibly knowledgeable and this is a fantastic instructional all about kneebars. He shows both simple and complex entries that are immediately applicable to your game. He teaches concepts that will overlap into other areas of your game. I've drilled only a few of the moves on here and am already hitting more kneebars than ever. Don't hesitate purchasing this instructional.

Great knee bar instructional

Awesome must have
outstanding! Craig is making grappling great again
I have many of Craig's instructionals. He's one of my all time favourite teachers. Based on content alone, I'd give this five stars. Craig gives you next level details on knee bars, and shows you his system for transitioning into heel hooks. The reason I'm giving Craig my first four star review is because he sounds like death. His voice is so distorted from a cold (or, he had one too many nose beers) that it's distracting in certain parts. I get that his schedule is crazy busy and it's hard to work around an unexpected illness, but honestly this deserves a reshoot. He definitely can do better. All that said, the content is so good that this is still worth it. Craig is amazing.
The way Craig Jones describes the technique and breaking mechanics is easily digestable, and makes it easy to learn and practice.
