  If you are looking for a great instructional (No-Gi) on armbars this is a good choice. Easy to watch, great techniques taught well with a focus on control, so that you can successfully complete the techniques in a roll. The instructional teaches material from the basic, which can be useful to review your own understanding to the advanced. Video quality is good with a total runtime of 2 hours and 20 minutes.

  Very useful! Instead of a random bundle of techniques, Dinu gives you a broad and deep understanding of the full concept behind all type of armlock attacks. Helps to thoroughly understand the different arm lock positions and mechanics, very applicable in live training. He discusses all the high percentage options as well as showing some more ‘flashy’ unorthodox attacks.

  I've seen a few other instructionals but to be honest this is the one which I used the most for arm attacks, althought it is always a work in progress. Amazing!

• Much Needed

  I have the honour of getting to train with Dinu in person and it was the best decision I made for my BJJ game. Getting to watch his content is definitely the next best thing and I frequently use it to refresh and learn all the intricate movements I forget in class. Arm bars I particularly struggle with and how to spot the openings in different positions but I learned so much from this series and I look forward to continually coming back to it until it’s fixed in my brain.
