  Mount and back escapes is amazing instructional which outlines most basic, high efficiency escapes. I was successful at using those principles and techniques on higher belts and it also helped my offensive game, as I can predict actions of my opponent trying to escape better. I think this instructional is a bargain and I highly recommend it!
