  I love this course do you know why because this is the only course that I've seen that applies the switch to BJJ. Dinu does a tremendous job in showing The Switch in various positions, various disadvantageous positions that I now have a solution for.

  I liked it. It's a bit short, as reflected by the price, but I learnt a lot from it. I'm not a wrestler, and this video showed me a move I didn't know, and a whole bunch of situations where I could use it. I even managed to hit it a few times in the next training session, against my (also non wrestler) team mates. I liked Dinu's instruction, and would definitely watch more of him.

  Surprisingly...this move is not covered in many places. But it is an interesting technique that I have been able to get to work when rolling. I recommend to check it out and you may be surprised yourself that it can work!
