I’ve learned these from Jeff in person and it’s pretty much a huge part of my game. Feels natural and I’m honored I got to experience these again after moving away from Ca.
Great humor and great content. Lots of awesome details. I always go back to this one to review triangles.
In an disciple with a lot of characters Jeff is one of the top 10 of all time No Gi. Worth the investment.
Don't be a square
Coupla sweet triangles added to the arsenal. Cheers Glover!
Great video with awesome and fun techniques!
Good explanations and demonstrations. Several examples of how effectively Jeff Glover was able to utilize the triangle submission effectively already exist on YouTube. However, this instructional provides additional insight on what steps, set-ups, and finishing details were used to accomplish this.
Great storytelling helps new people like me to remember context. Jeff credits names to look up and learn more.
Great instructional, easy to follow, great video for this classic submission. Jeff is a awesome instructor and funny too
This video is just as you would expect from Jeff lots of tips and tricks to trap your opponent into a submission and together with Pete the Greek make it an entertaining and educational experience.
very insighful and this will définit-elle step my triangle game.
This was a really good instructional, broken down simplistically. I really appreciate that Jeff recognizes that many people are limited by their flexibility and cannot move like he does. He does a good job of showing techniques that anyone can do while pointing out a few areas that might now work for some with limited flexibility. Overall, great info. I am now more confident shooting triangles.
Simple and effective. In this easy to follow and not too long instructional Jeff Glover gives you about 14 of his favorite triangle setups from different positions that you can start using immediately.
Simple and easy to learn, worth every cent.
This is great!! If you are looking for instraction for triangle, I really recomond it.
Informative, easy to understand and entertaining
I love this instructional by Jeff Glover. He is very clear and detailed with his instructions and gives good insight to the moves. All techniques are shown in detail from different angles. I didn't consider triangles to be a main submission for me, but this instructional is quickly changing that. I drilled the first technique (Terere Triangle) on the weekend with a partner and was able to hit it during sparring on Monday. Double wrist control from full guard was also immediatrly applicable. The instructionals are short, well priced, immediately applicable, and entertaining. I highly recommend any instructional by Jeff Glover.
Great instructional dvd !
Enjoyed the session thanks!
My 9 year old son is obsessed with Jeff Glover. Needless to say I am no a triangle magnet for him!
Instructional was super helpful and he breaks things down to as basic as you can ever find it.
