  I love this training video series. When we get older, half guard slows down the younger combatants and deep half gives your more sweeps and escapes that are somewhat safe from attacks.

• Very Effective Deep Half Ideas!

  Jeff Glover always puts out great vids. I like that he shows multiple ideas off of his moves, showing in real time what he comes up with while in the moment. He also give those little tricks that are needed to get the moves done so when you get stuck you will know how to deal with it. These bring the most value to the videos. Thanks Jeff!!

  Glover’s teaching style reminds me of a wizened old monk from a Kung fu movie. I’ve had a hard time wrapping my head around deep 1/2 for some reason, and Glover’s instruction has definitely helped me begin to crack the code. Awesome teacher.
