• Deep Half is a cheat code

  The escape from mount is so powerful, I use it to escape tough mounts all the time, it works great in combo with your basic halfguard escape. If you get stuck pusing the knee in you just dig for tat deep half.

  Solid Instructional - Straightforward, useful info with no fluff. While I play half guard, I had never learned how to use deep half position. This instructional offers many entries, including from defensive pin positions (any time you can get into quarter guard).   I never used the deep half much before I saw this instructional. Now deep half is the best guard for me when sparring with bigger opponents. This is the best introduction to deep half and if you get jeff glover's other series(evolution) your deep half will become effective!

  Can’t say enough good things about this video. I have always been a big guy that has struggled off my back. I watched this and I found myself hitting the moves in training immediately after! Normally it takes me weeks or months to start consistently hitting moves on a new system. Everyone who trains BJJ knows the feeling of having that “light bulb” moment.   I have studied a lot about deep half guard, I have taken some courses at bjjfanatics, excellent teachers with valuable concepts, but the system that worked the most was Jeff Glover's.
