Good
This video really helped me especially with my single legs
This had been an extremely helpful instructional. Coming from a wrestling background it has allowed me to apply more of it to my bjj.
Jeff is a long time idol of mine, and the majority of my game is modeled upon his (just no where near as good). I own multiple instructionals made by Jeff, and this is another wonderful instructional. I've been training for 19 years, and know the techniques Jeff is demonstrating, but his creativity and innovation is what makes him who he is. Every instruction contains sneaky gems, that I incorporate into my game and frustrate my training partners and students.
I liked the video and learned some cool stuff.
I love watching Jeff Glover just because he's so chill and creative in addition to his techniques. I also appreciate that he quickly discusses options and alternatives to his main point in any technique he's teaching. great course for someone that's got the basics but needs to develop transitions to other position.
Very well explained to the point that a white belt like me could follow along and understand the concepts and principles. Useful use-case scenarios and detailed explanations really helps solidify the reasons why.
Really opens your eyes to the possibilities of the single leg form good and bad positions. And that arm drag is my go to take down
A lot of great techniques and concepts
Jeff teaches the single leg in a simple and understandable way. Wrestling shouldn’t be complicated or hard, and Jeff is a master at breaking things down to a practical, useable level. His 5 minute segments are perfect for that. Very recommended.
Jeff Glover is an absolute legend. The tips he gives in this video have improved an old grizzled veterans takedowns and wrestling. My single leg was solid, and now it’s great. I’ve been too lazy to get through the entire video, to date. However, I own lots of his videos and know that this one has made me better, and will continue to improve my game. 2nd degree black belt.
Single leg everyone
This is Essential!
You won’t be pulling guard anymore
Great content, Jeff is one of the best instructors.
Excellent instructional
Super useful
Few key technoqies explained in a very easy to follow way.
Fantastic series of wrestling tips even from bottom position and unique wasys to wrestle up.
On the one hand, a lot of information about the use of single leg in various situations on the mat. On the other hand, I did not like using a completely novice partner for the presentation, which forced Jeff Glover to interrupt the presentation of the right techniques and teach the falling technique. Additionally, the insertions regarding fancy BJJ techniques with no relation to the techniques taught was a waste of time in my opinion.
The application from content has improved my game considerably. Jeff's instruction is precise and clear. His sense of humor is evident and spices things up as well. I have a wrestling background and I prefer not to waste time and energy in a guard. This wrestling for BJJ instructional definitely helped refine my semblance of a game. I highly recommend checking this one out.
super good techniques and many tips, a very complete video and many complementary techniques
