  It had great material. It was my first instructional purchase. For me, I’m a hands-on learner when it comes to anything so it was hard for me to retain. Nothing against the instructional but videos are not for me. I still support all instructors and material, regardless.

  I really enjoyed the 'First Steps in Nogi' DVD, it was excellent. Great for beginners, but I also think there are some overlooked points for advanced practitioners. I believe there should be a continuation of this series.
