  One of the most useful instructionalals in my library. Merengali is an excellent teacher who really emphasises and explains the fine details that make these techniques so useful. There are so many fine details that I keep going back to and refreshing. It is not a long instrumental but man is it packed with useful techniques and details. Highly recommend to brush up on your Gi game. Thank you for the effort Mr Merengali.
