  Professor Nicholas Merengali shares his general approach of jiu jitsu as well as fundamental techniques to fullfill it. You get a good overview of his great game. You get the right keydetails taught in a simple manner. The structure is very clear. He devides the techniques into sections with pit stops included where he explains adjustmemts. Afterwards he puts the sequences together. His teaching evolved to a great stage!
