Foundation of Fundamentals
This is one of my best instructionals about fundamentals. I use it as a libary. You get several solutions for every possible scenario in jiu jitsu. Bernardo kept a great balance between important details and an overall understanding of the moves and scenarios. That makes this instructional easy to understand. You can see him playing almost all this moves!
