• Exactly what I was looking for.

  Although I have been training for 2 years, I was struggling to implement the techniques I was learning. BJJ was like a puzzle that I couldn’t quite piece together. I always seemed to be lost when rolling; either freezing up or not knowing what to do. The Foundations of BJJ by Bernardo Faria is exactly what I needed. Excellent instructional videos, well explained, and easy to follow. It created a roadmap in my mind. I am finally able to putting the puzzle together and see the whole picture more clearly.
