Excellent videos. Bernardo’s lessons are very easy to follow. As a white belt I’m always looking for something easy to incorporate into my evening training, none of these overly complex moves that I see some of the higher belts pulling off (on me usually lol), which still don’t make sense to me just yet. These lessons feel like the foundation I need.
This is an excellent foundation to understanding the major positions and options from them for jiu jitsu. Highly recommended for beginners or those looking to relearn the things they have forgotten.
Bernardo Faria is hands down my favourite BJJ instructor! Why? Because he is enthusiastic and entertaining about what he teaches. He is clear and concise and doesn't bog down in unnecessary complicated details. Professor Faria is excited about what he teaches and shares personal anecdotes about what makes the techniques successful.
A terrific introduction to the overall basics — thorough and broadly covering fundamental skills and concepts. Terrific!
Really good for beginners, shows all the basic stuff you should know.
Amazing fundamentals techniques for every level. I am training for 3 years and some of them I saw them for first time. Thank you Bernardo.
Great instructional! Really helps me to better understand the fundamentals!
Excellent content per usual =]
Great moves for beginning jiu jitsu. Very clear instructions
Awesome Content, lots to use
Easily one of the best videos available. Gives you everything you need to build a solid fundamental game
I enjoy Bernardo's method and speed of teaching. He covers the details without spending too much time.
Another Excellent instructional. Covers plenty of the basics yet goes deep enough to act as a great refresher.
Great beginner "encyclopedia" of moves!
I’ve only been training jiu jitsu for about a month and wanted something to augment my time on the mat. This series is perfect. It helped me to recognize the different positions I found myself in and what to do in those positions. Instruction was clear and concise and was organized and easy to follow.
very insightful!
My expectations were not matched. It does not provide simple general concepts that are useful for beginners.
every white belt should learn this inside and out
Bernardo does a great job explaining all the foundations and basics easily for everybody to be able to understand, must have if youre new in the sport.
This is an amazing course for all people, especially beginners. It has great information and it is explained very well.
Awesome tutorial for the basics and a white belt like me!
This is a great fundamental instructional covering everything a beginner needs to know.
very complete and clear instructional on fundamentals.
Bernardo is the man. This has to be one of the best instructional intros you will ever buy.
Bernardo's instructional is well-structured and detailed, without being overwhelming. The content is delivered quickly, and the bookmarks make it easy to re-watch sections, giving me a great value for money. My best results have been taking one or two techniques from the instructional and trying to implement them in rolling each week.
