Very detailed half guard fundamentals series.
The detail and knowledge in this is second to none and provided a strong base of core moves and principles for me to use coming up through competition and training

Extraordinarilly detailed explanations. Danaher speaks a little slowly, but every word is valuable. I found this series to be very beneficial to my half-guard game.
An amazing product
great instructional video, huge amount of details that helped to improve my half guard game
fantastic
This has helped my half guard immensenly. Now im much more comfortable in this position.
Something about it makes it feel only half as good as gaurd. Awesome instruction as always!
love the instruction
This is both a great starting point for the half guard beginner and a fantastic look up series for the more experienced half guard player. Like any other Danaher instructional it's not just a bunch of techniques but rather a complete system one can use to sweep and submit from half guard
This series gives you an incredibly strong offensive guard to use against opponents from both good and bad situations. Invest time in every one of the half guard series taught by Professor Danaher and this guard will become a nightmare for training partners and opponents.
An awesome tutorial. For an old guy like me, not very strong an not flexible at all, learning to stop and control my opponents in half guard was an absolute game changer. John Danaher is so methodical. I watched it and watched it again and learn new details each time.
Valuable knowledge on a commonly occurring position. You are definitely going to want the whole further faster series, so save yourself some money, and buy the whole series. I’ve already had great success in the gym with some of the techniques, and was able to surprise a training partner with a half guard sweep. this video will be a valuable tool in your arsenal.
Awesome instructional. I always find myself in half guard and this gave me a better game from half guard instantly.
good video

Excellent study of Half Guard. Great building blocks to work with and setup the foundation of your game with. Definitely has helped to orient me while playing the position and understand where to go and how to get there. Thank you BJJ Fanatics and Mr. Danaher.
These instructionals are very good. They are detailed enough that learning them is made quite easy. It is particularly interesting that Professor Danaher uses traditional Japanese terminology as opposed to non-tradional. His knowledge and ease of application and from different perspectives leaves no doubt on the position expected when being taught.
Amazing
Danaher. Enough said
John Danaher is my favourite instructor. It’s so easy to remember what he teaches. After watching several of his instructionals I can easily escape most situations and tap some of the higher belts.
