I think it’s no secret that Bernardo is doing an amazing job in providing content and technique for all the old guys still grinding and working on improving their game. Great techniques without wrecking your body and good details as always. Plus fun to watch as this is not just presenting techniques in a rational way but more like someone telling a nice story while teaching techniques

• Great for older practitioner!!!

  As an older practitioner with a very younger crowd on the mats, this is a great way to get control. I highly recommend this for instructional for that reason alone. The submissions that come along with are an added bonus.
