Oh! SO! LET ME GUESS! You are old AF and have injuries and **** loads of physiological baggage. Buy this video and implement it won't help you pay your child support but it will help you win and prevent injuries.
Being a fan of the scarf choke, it was great to see the counter to it, and then how to counter the counter! The bow and arrow setup was pretty interesting, another one of my favorite parts of the instructional. I also found the half guard material to be very, very helpful.
This really is great material for older grapplers. My favorite part by far is the scarf hold material since I do like to use that technique. I loved how Bernardo showed a counter when the Ninja choke is getting blocked and then you transition to the Ezekiel, that was gold for me.
This video is full of gold. I have used these techniques to help me keep up with younger, faster, stronger kids and give myself the advantage!
Focused on fundamentals and simplicity, which IMO is the core of being successful in Jiu Jitsu over the long term.
Great resource for older grapplers, or any age for that matter. Simple systematic approach to controlling positions and working towards the submission without putting yourself in vulnerable positions or wasting energy unnecessarily. Highly recommended.
My students love these techniques
No fluff, just straightforward moves that works. I am 38 and the young guns started killing me. This helps me a lot to control many young boys which a lot stronger and more explosive than me
U never could go wrong with Bernardo instructionals

how to became a very dangerous and effective fighter

Great for slowing down the young whipper snappers

Great content
This was an excellent series for a 48-year-old man who is recovering from an Achilles rupture and surgery. Great details in the submission, the details in the dominating positional control, and weight distribution!
Great. I enjoyed the format and the simplicity of the techniques.
Improved my game
Awesome for punishing blue and purple belts you won't make any freinds using these moves
Brilliant controls and submissions!
Brilliant instructional with well explained controls and submissions!
Good technique to use own body weight to put pressure on opponents
Great instructional and reminder that you don’t (can’t) go at the same pace as those 10-20+ years younger than you. Slow it down, use pressure and sometimes be a nasty old man to get the tap!
Awesome! Excellent details and Bernardo’s instructionals are getting better each time
