  many great kimura instructionals out there so there is a lot of competition. This is pretty much comprehensive at least in comparison to other kimura instructionals out there. Especially what i found unique was the setups from halfguard bottom and even more so the setups from bottom turtle, they really work and John gives amazing details.

  I’m a white belt that has been training Jiu-Jitsu for over a year in Japan. On cyber Monday I bought myself a copy of your KIMURA: ENTER THE SYSTEM DVD set. I have fallen absolutely in love with the submission and now I try and use it on my training partners all the time. Not only are the explanations in my first language (a luxury while training in Japan) the descriptions and applications are so clear that I picked up on the basics right away. It’s my goal to become the Kimura guy at my dojo and thanks to this DVD I’m on my way!! 10/10 recommend

• So much more than the Kimura!

  While this instructional is mostly about the kimura submission there is so much more to it. From this instructional my guard passing, guard retention, back takes, control, escapes, arm bars, and triangles have significantly improved. When I watch John Danaher's students compete I see them using these techniques. Which is awesome to know it not only works in my gym but on the competition mats.

  I have been focused on kimura lately as a go to attack. When I got this DVD though I realized that kimura is way more than I’ll ever know. It’s a whole set up to controlling your opponent on the mat.
