Excellent material as always from Lachlan. The level of instruction that can be found on BJJ Fanatics is constantly on the rise and it's like having one of the worlds best coaches in your corner. A highly recommended purchase.
Really enjoyed the instruction
Great instructional
No doubt Lachlan Giles is one of the best Coaches/Teachers in the game with how well he explains each of the content in this instructional. The techniques and the overall system that he teaches is very well-rounded. Overall, another great material from Lachlan Giles.
Best dvs for guard retention
Honestly I don't know Professor Giles does it? This is a tremendous amount of content for a very, very reasonable price. I have recorded videos myself in the past for my job and I can tell you, it takes a ton of work recording and editing. Now to the video content itself. It is simply packed with priceless nuggets and I just love Professor Giles way of teaching. Each move is broken down, scenarios are addressed and the move is shot from various angles. This is gold for beginners to advanced. Above all, what a super nice guy Professor Giles is! Buy any of his videos and I am absolutely sure you will not regret it!
This is easily one of the best Leg Lock instructionals out there, in my opinion. You get what you pay for, & so much more. Lachlan is one of the best at breaking things down and showing the right amount of detail to help Change your whole leg locking game. This instructional is like getting a treasure chest with just tons of little nuggets and details. So much to learn in this, & Giles does a great job at not overwhelming you, while at the same time making it very understandable. Recommend to anyone at any level, interested in learning the Dark Arts
Best by Lachlan I’ve seen. Goes over leg entanglements as well as sweeps, back attacks, passes & other subs from 50/50
Before purchasing "leg lock anthology" I was terrified of getting into leg entanglements in training. Now I have such a good understanding of both attacking and defending heel hooks. A couple of month following this instructional has led to me tapping most people out in the gym with heel hooks.
Great methodical instruction.
Excellent video, very detailed, reason for techniques explained really well
Upgraded my game to the next level
Everything I need to know to study and drill heel hooks, I highly recommend Lachlan Giles for any bjj instructionals he puts way more content than anyone else
Bought the program unfortunately not able to access the video very unfortunate
I've purchased way too many instructionals here at BJJ Fanatics since early 2018, I doubt I'll ever even get to watch all of them before I pass away I've gotten so many lol. With that out of the way, this instructional if I had to say 1 was my favorite that I have watched, it would probably be this one!! Just excellent content, teaching, tons of stuff with really no wasted talking, just constant insightful BJJ knowledge about the leg lock game being thrown at you!! Thank you @Lachlan Giles and BJJ Fanatics - you both have helped this 44 year old brown belt improve so much technically that it's overcome what I've lost physically to keep me loving the game, Oss!!
Lachlan demonstrates the techniques that were effective at the highest level. The level of detail is astonishing for its price. I do not think you will get as much bang for your buck anywhere else.
Lachlan is a great coach offers a very good information for beginners or those unfamiliar with leg locks like me. Help me to understand the differences between saddle 50/50, 80/20, 90/10 and the other names for the position. That’s only the first section so there’s a good amount of content in this video.
Just as always with Lachlan, I feel like I paid too little for such extensive and great content. I am truly considering buying it twice just to show how much I appreciate all the time that he puts into this.
I always thought 50/50 was a shootout position for heel hooks in nogi until I saw this. Should really be called the outside triangle anthology. In the Gi I use 50/50 and outside leg position rather than inside leg position (butterfly/SLX) and wanted to learn leg locks. Lachlan goes over every situation and reaction you could think of. Goes over non heel hook attacks, staying safe, backside 50/50, how to defend the saddle, and rolling footage tapping everyone in the gym. Like always, has an immense amount of content broken down in detail. System proven at the highest level. Worth the money!
Lachlan’s content is so well structured, I have 4 of his digital content pieces and each one is excellent. This was my favourite as I had an unhealthy fear of heel hooks until watching this and just like batman, I became what I feared most… Within a few months I was actually pulling off heel hooks and the techniques featured here. Buy this instructional and come to the dark side of the force.
Honestly this is the best leg lock system, I have played a inside position leg lock game for a while but since studying this DVD I have transferred to an outside game with leg entry’s, as a blue belt that’s 62kgs I have tapped out a lot of higher ranks and heavier dudes in hard sparring. I 100% recommend you buy this instructional if you are wanting to learn leg locks or even if you already know them there is so much information in this.
Technical leg lock is very useful for my sparring.
Great.
Completely changed my game. Excellent instruction and clear directions for every move. 10/10 must have if you're a leglocker.
Lachlan gives u you the most content with applicable details . All his instructionals are on point
