  I have bad guard play and this will definitely upgrade it. I'm only at the first chapter but the way Lachlan explains is clear and he explains it step by step how we are gonna progress towards something. Entry guard to the secondary guard and to the finish part. It's perfect and a real system. Thank you so much. I finally have a very understandable coach when it comes to guard play.
