It covers escapes from many different positions and gives a lot of valuable training material for both gi and no-gi. As always, Lachlan explains everything clearly, technically, and without unnecessary talking. The techniques are practical and easy to understand, making this a great resource for improving defensive skills and escapes. Overall, it is a very good instructional with a lot of high-quality content.
