• Heaps of great content

  LG always says his vids are resources to return to vs. watching front to back. I couldn't agree more; I consistently come back to problem solve. There is a ton of detail but I find LG less monotonous than Danaher.

  I like. Haven't gone into great depth studying this yet as I'm focusing on other areas, but very keen to eventually learn k guard and Lachlan's outside leg position open guard. Will be learning this after getting comfy in half guard. If you've seen any of Lachlan's other instructionals, know that the quality and style is the same here: great and exceptional value for money.

  Lachlan goes into great detail on how to deal with all possibilities while playing K-guard, while not forgetting the rest of the necessary positions for open guard (giving brief overviews for De la riva, Reverse de la riva, Single X- Full x and 50/50-70/30)
